Ralph Severson
Founder
I continue to find enjoyment in my work. I am involved in a couple of networking organizations. In my free time, LOL which is not that much, I enjoy playing board games, reading, cooking and traveling abroad. You can find FM Pro Remodeling on social media!
Alison Sanchez
Installation Expert
Alison Sanchez began as an installer’s helper in 2000 and worked up to lead installer in 2014. Alison has since received certifications in wood installation (2014) and tile installation (2016). In 2018, she was promoted to Vice President of Operations and continues to work as a Project Supervisor, Lead Installer, and trainer, as well as interacting with clients to work up estimates, write proposals, and participate in networking events.
Derrick Sanchez

Hi, I’m Derrick and I’ve worked for my Papa (Ralph Severson) during school breaks since the eighth grade to make some spending money. I’ve done demo, paint, install wood flooring and cut tile. I’ve learned how to operate a lot of tools long before I graduated high school. I graduated in 2018 and am now onboard working fulltime as an apprentice under Alison Sanchez and Ralph Severson learning how to install tile following industry standards and best practices. More importantly, the way my Papa wants it installed!

James Sprigler

For nearly 20 years James Sprigler has been involved in every aspect of carpentry and construction, allowing him to bring a wealth of knowledge to every project in which Sprigler Custom Cabinetry is involved. This experience has allowed James to infuse great attention to detail and thoughtful consideration of his client’s needs and desires. James strives to achieve a reputation for excellence. If you have a project in mind share your dream with James and soon, it will become a reality.
Roseann Severson
Office Manager
Roseann Severson helps clients with their product selections, manages data entry, verifies our estimates as she inputs them into proposal form, handles correspondence, hand-writes all of our Christmas cards, takes our tools in for service, runs errands, coordinates events, and handles all miscellaneous tasks for FM Pro Remodeling.
John Raisor

John is a former B2B sales manager, carpenter, and chef. He is currently pursuing a career as a marketing copywriter specializing in storytelling and SEO. After 9 years of traveling the country he returned to his rural Kentucky roots to focus on this career. He spends his free time in the kitchen, the woods, traveling, and playing the mandolin.
